This Refund Policy applies to all plans and credit purchases available on pltext.com.
1. Plans Covered by This Policy
Refund requests may apply to the following pricing options:
- Free Access Plan – No payment required, no refunds applicable.
- Top-Up Credits (Pay-As-You-Go) – One-time purchase at $0.001 per word (1 Credit = 10 words).
- Basic Plan – Annual or monthly subscription for individual users.
- Pro Plan – Annual or monthly subscription for professionals and small teams.
- Pro+ Plan – Annual or monthly subscription for advanced users, organizations, and API access.
If a refund is approved, all remaining or unused credits in that account will expire immediately. A new payment will be required to continue using the platform.
2. Subscription and Billing Terms
By purchasing any paid plan or credit package on pltext.com, you agree to the following billing terms:
- Recurring billing applies to all monthly or annual subscriptions (Basic, Pro, and Pro+).
- Top-Up credits are billed as a one-time payment and do not renew automatically.
- All subscription renewals occur automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
- All payments are securely processed through our authorized payment providers.
3. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
Once canceled, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which automatic renewal will stop.
Credits, reports, or features remaining at the end of your billing term will not roll over to the next month.
4. Credit Expiry Policy
pltext.com uses a flexible credit system designed to help users manage word usage efficiently:
- Top-Up Credits: Valid for 24 months (2 years) from the purchase date. Unused credits after that period will expire automatically.
- Subscription Credits (Basic, Pro, and Pro+): Reset each billing month or year (based on your plan) and do not carry forward to the next cycle.
Expired credits cannot be reinstated or refunded.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are reviewed individually to ensure fairness. A full or partial refund may be approved at the discretion of our team under the following circumstances:
- Service interruptions or platform downtime
- Duplicate or unauthorized billing charges
- Technical issues that prevent usage of paid features
- Other valid reasons, as determined by pltext.com's billing team
Please note: Once a subscription period has started and any credits or features have been used, refunds are typically not available, as usage indicates active service. However, we will always review each request carefully to ensure fairness and transparency.
6. How to Request a Refund

- Your full name and registered email
- Order or transaction ID
- The reason for your refund request
- Whether you prefer a refund to your original payment method or an account credit (subject to approval)
Once received, our team will review your request and respond promptly.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
7. Refund Processing Time
After approval, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your payment statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
